How to Make Peanut Butter Cups

Things You'll Need:

• 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
• 1/4 cup sifted powdered sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 8 oz. confectioners' coating (white chocolate), broken up
• 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

1. Blend the 1/3 cup of peanut butter, the powdered sugar and vanilla. Chill.

2. Using a 1/2 teaspoon mixture for each, roll into 24 balls.

3. Place in 1 1/2-inch paper bonbon cups.

4. In a saucepan, melt confectioners' coating and the 1/2 cup of peanut butter over medium heat, stirring constantly.

5. Spoon into cups to fill. Chill.
