Peanut butter cups have been a beloved candy treat in America since the late 1920's. Now you can whip up your own batch at home! Read on to learn how.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup sifted powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 8 oz. confectioners' coating (white chocolate), broken up
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  1. Step 1

    Blend the 1/3 cup of peanut butter, the powdered sugar and vanilla. Chill.

  2. Step 2

    Using a 1/2 teaspoon mixture for each, roll into 24 balls.

  3. Step 3

    Place in 1 1/2-inch paper bonbon cups.

  4. Step 4

    In a saucepan, melt confectioners' coating and the 1/2 cup of peanut butter over medium heat, stirring constantly.

  5. Step 5

    Spoon into cups to fill. Chill.

Tips & Warnings
  • Makes 2 dozen cups.
