1
Determine the color you want your eyebrows to be. For subtle changes, use a concealer that's two shades lighter than your natural eyebrow color. Use a medium brown concealer if your eyebrows are darker brown, for example. The concealer will hide your natural dark brown color. Choose an eyeliner pencil that resembles the shade of brown that you'd like your eyebrows to be. With your natural color subtly concealed, shade your eyebrows in with the eyeliner pencil.

Purchase a brush-on eyebrow color powder. These products come in a wide variety of colors and are specifically designed to hide your natural eyebrow color. Brush-on eyebrow powders are soft and water resistant. Choose the color that closely resembles what you're going for. Use an angled brow brush to blend the color into your eyebrows.

Use a nontoxic, all-purpose glue stick for drastic color changes. Sweep the glue stick across your eyebrows. Select the color shadow you want. For example, for creative looks, you might want to choose pink. Use your angled eyebrow brush and begin filling in your brows. Use a highly concentrated eye shadow or pigment. A generous amount is needed if the color is dramatically different from your natural eyebrow color.
