1
Wash hair using your regular shampoo. Use conditioner to help protect the hair from the heat of the blow dryer and hot curlers.
-
2
Spray your hair with texturizing spray and dry the hair with a blow dryer.
-
-
3
Rub setting lotion into your hair starting from the ends and working toward the crown of the head.
-
4
Turn on and allow curlers to heat up for at least 10 minutes.
-
5
Wrap the curlers over one-inch sections of hair. Wrap the hair under the curler, so that the curls appear natural when released. Position the curlers differently over the head so that the curls do not face all in one direction. This will make the curls fuller and appear more natural.
-
6
Allow the curlers to set for 30 minutes. Release the curls from the rollers starting at the bottom and working toward the top of your head.
-
7
Loosen the curls gently with your fingers. Spray the hair with a gentle hold hairspray. Brush the curls out for a more relaxed look or let them fall naturally throughout the day for a high-volume look.
