How to Run Mame on the PS3

A PS3 controller can be used when players run MAME.

MAME, which stands for "Multiple Arcade Machine Emulator," provides the ability to play various arcade games on a computer. When using this emulator on a computer, players have the ability to set their computer to allow the use of a Sixaxis PlayStation 3 controller for the more complex arcade-style computer games. Using a Sixaxis PlayStation 3 controller in place of just the keyboard can make game play easier and more accurate.

Instructions

1. Download and install the PS3 controller driver at the Quick Jump website.

2. Connect the PS3 controller to the computer with a USB cord.

3. Open up and run the PS3 controller driver file.

4. Press the "PS" button in the center of the controller and it will connect to the computer.
