As you continue to get older, independence and health become dependent on your general fitness level. Senior exercises are exercises that are safe and easy to perform for people of age. Workouts can be performed standing, while using a chair or walker to steady your balance if need be. Staying fit can help with flexibility, balance, strength, and wellness. Combining stretching with low impact muscle flexion can give you a healthy advantage for the years ahead…and help keep you looking and feeling beautiful.
