I'm Stasia Bliss and this is acupressure for stomach aches. So, this point, we're going to go ahead on our wrist and find about two fingers length down away from the bend in the wrist. From two fingers, you're going to take the thumb and make a gentle pressure and then a little bit of a rotation with the thumb. So, we're looking for a tender spot. You can do a nice deep pressure 'til you find that spot. We're holding about 15 seconds and then you're going to do the same thing, other side. So, two fingers, thumb and gentle pressure. Might take you a second sometimes to find that tender point and just go ahead and move around until you find the point that kind of makes you go ouch and then stimulate.
