Hi, I'm David Pakozdi. I'm going to show you the 45 degree angle stretch for neck physical therapy. You won't need any materials for this. First, sitting straight up in a chair. Take your left hand, grab the under surface of the seat; turn your head 45 degrees to the right and then, dropping your head forward. You should feel a stretch on the left hand side, you should hold it for 10 to 20 seconds; then, coming up and relax. I'm David Pakozdi, and that's the f45 degree angle stretch for neck physical therapy.
