Hi, I'm Hazely Lopez, from Hazely Academy of Refinement and Modeling and I'm here to talk to you about how to use appropriate business language. Always listen to your surroundings. You want to make sure that you know how they're saying it, what they're saying and that way you can now how they're being perceived. Listening is a very important key because this will help you also know about how you should project yourself. What to say, what not to say. Have someone else critique what your voice or the way your saying things and also never use slang, that is never appropriate. You want to keep your manners in your office and you want to also make sure that other coworkers see in you someone that they can lookup to. That always brings a positive end to your conversations.
