"Business is always doing business with one another and this has been very successful over the years. Hi I'm Hazely Lopez director of Hazely Academy of Refinement and Modeling. And I'm here to talk to you about how to build a business relationship. Your first impression always marks the rest of your relationship. You want to make sure you carry your best image once you enter that room. Arrive ten to fifteen minutes earlier being on time shows that you care and shows respect to others. Offer your personal assistance in anything they made need. And if you offer to have a dinner or a mutually agreed lunch, feel free to please take the first step and offer to pay that meal. When talking about money, let the client talk first. You want to make sure that you can review those documents if you need to. You can take them home and review them with your office and with other business partners and then come back to them. After the meeting you can send a thank you for your time held. This gives a great closure to that meeting and that first impression. I hope this was very informative for you. I'm Hazely Lopez from Hazely Academy of Refinement and Modeling. Good job and remember that business relationships marks the rest of your relationships."
