"Hey I'm Chelsea Bagozzi with suburbanheresy.com. We are talking about beauty and makeup tips today and what we are going to do on my model, Nicole is apply some moisturizer and I'm going to teach you a few little tips on how to apply your moisturizer. Before you apply your moisturizer make sure that your hands are clean. I'm going to apply the moisturizer with a brush but on yourself you really don't need a brush to apply your moisturizer. Your hands are just fine, just make sure that they are clean so you are not getting bacteria and germs all over your skin because that can make you break out. I'm going to use a little spatula and work off the back of my hand and use the spatula because it is a little bit more sanitary. I am gong to apply a little more of a light moisturizer in this and I'm going to apply it with a foundation brush. You can use a brush if you want to but it is really not necessary for yourself. I am not going to rub my hands all over her face so that's why I am using a brush. So I'm just going to start under her eyes and just apply in a downward motion. Everyone has little hairs on their face, peach fuzz and things like that and so it is important to make sure when you are applying your foundation and your moisturizer that you are applying it in a downward motion so that those hairs don't stick up because then they'll stand out. So I'm just going to apply this all over her face and I'm going to avoid her eyes because some moisturizers are not good for the eye area and that's what an eye cream is for. So I'm just going to keep this on the rest of her face and avoid the eye area."
