"One of the most important processes in cleaning a vehicle, is cleaning the plastic on the vehicle. You always want to make sure that you don't use a harsh cleaner that will discolor your plastic, so the best thing to use is a designated product used for cleaning vehicle plastic, such as a light plastic cleaner, and what you're going to do is mist a microfiber towel with your plastic cleaner. Clean the area gently, rub and clean the area and once you've cleaned it, then you're going to follow up with a plastic conditioner. This will help keep the color of the plastic to its original factory color and also prevent premature aging from UV rays from the sun, and just from general wear and tear of the vehicle. Just like the cleaner you're going to lightly mist the microfiber towel, and then rub over the area you've cleaned, and once you've done that, the conditioner will set into the plastic, protecting it, helping it stay its original factory color for years to come and that's how you clean vehicle plastic."
