"Hi, my name is Lauren and I'm here to discuss what foods aid in hair growth. There are three key vitamins that will actually help in order to promote hair growth. Vitamin A is essential to growing your hair. It will help stimulate the scalp and it will also just kind of provide your hair the papilla which is what your hair grows out of and your hair follicles the nutrients it needs in order to grow. You can find vitamin A in meats, milk, cheese, eggs, spinach, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, apricots and peaches. Leafy greens are a really great way to take in much of the minerals and vitamins that you actually need in order to promote hair growth. Biotin is also essential to hair growth. It produces Carotene, which helps with the Carotene bonds in your hair which helps your hair grow not only faster but stronger. You can find it in whole grains, egg yolks, liver, rice, milk. And then Niacin promotes scalp circulation and stimulation. Stimulations your scalp like I said, increase the blood circulation which ultimately gets your hair follicle more nourishment from your blood. Vitamin B3 is what Niacin pretty much is and you can find it in wheat germ, fish, chicken, turkey and meat. The way that I can say most is if you pretty much have a very well rounded diet, besides maybe eating a little bit more of leafy greens and a few more peaches throughout the day, a well rounded diet is going to really help you not only grow healthy hair, but also grow it at a quicker, quicker rate. And that is how to get your hair, what you can eat in order to grow your hair out."
