"Hello, my name is Luis Estrada, and I am a software developer. In this video, I'll show you how to edit pictures with blinking words. For this example I am using Image Ready. Image Ready is a registered trademark of Adobe, a company to which I have no affiliation. A picture with blinking words that you will find on the web is most likely a gif image. To edit this image we use Image Ready. To open the image, drag the file and drop it inside Image Ready. Each gif is a succession of frames. On the animation window you can see how many frames this image is composed of. You can edit the image frame by frame. When you press on any frame you have the possibility of editing only that frame. For example, I will change the color of the text in the first frame, but before doing that, I will create a new layer to maintain the original text color. Go to the layers palette, drag the layer with the text and drop it in the create new layer button. Now with the new layer selected, press image. Adjustments and hue and saturation or control U on the keyboard. When you move the hue bar, you see the changes in real time. Click okay. Then, let's create a new frame in the animation window. Press the duplicates correct frame button twice. Click on the second frame and press the visibility button of layer number two. Then, select the third frame and press on the visibility button of the layer with the copied text. Finally, make sure that on the fourth frame the black background is visible. When you press on the play button, now the text changes between the two colors. If the image blinks too fast, you can set a delay for the animation. Select all frames by pressing the control key and clicking on every frame. Now, click on the bottom right corner to choose the delay. Select for example point two seconds. Press play again to see the changes. To save the new image, go to file. Export. And select the flash option. Enter a new name, and now you have a resulting flash animation. I'm Luis Estrada, and I've just shown you how to edit your digital images."
