"If you are like many people in the world, you may have started a master cleanse diet. And you may wonder, "okay, now I'm about to complete it and what should I do"? I'm Isabelle Simon, your Personal and Workplace Consultant and today, I'm going to give you some tips on how to ease your way out once you complete your master cleanse diet. I personally, I am not very fond of the practice, but, if you already are on it, what I would recommend is that, the first few days, at least for the first four or five days that you ease your way out of the cleansing diet is to drink mainly juices and re-incorporate one food at a time. Think about it. You haven't been eating regular foods for quite sometime so it will take your body sometime to readjust to what are the foods that you're going to re-incorporate. Things that are easy to digest are things like rice because they are not spicy and they are very soft, so they are easy for your body to digest. So let's start with foods like these. And then incorporate little pieces of any type of juice that you want. Easy again, they will bring vitamins and minerals to you, but again, it's not something that you would have to chew so hard that would be requiring a lot of work on your stomach. So are you ready? If you are, follow those simple steps and you will be okay. I'm Isabelle Simon, your Personal and Wellness Consultant and remember that good health begins with good nutrition."
