"Hi. My name is Dr. Art Bowler. And I'm a psychologist in Manhattan, New York City, where I have my own private practice. In this clip we're going to talk about how to eliminate stress. Eliminating stress can be very stressful. Huh? Well, first, my first recommendation is to identify the, the situation. Identifying the situation is sometimes difficult for people who live a little bit unconsciously and aren't always aware of their emotions. So first identify the trigger for the stress. Next, problem solve. But before you do that, I suggest you also take a little bit of a good breath. In through your nose, hold it and out through your mouth. For a minute or so. This allows your brain to get oxygen that you're going to need when you problem solve around this stressful issue. Next, I, I really believe it's important to talk to other people about the stressful situation, but also take action. It's not helpful to sit in a stressful situation because stress causes heart attacks, strokes and, and many other diseases. So, take action when you're stressed. By breathing, ventilating and problem solving. This is Dr. Art Bowler and this has been how to deal with stress."
