"You know corruption's become a big problem in our country today. Especially corrupt RAM in your computer. My name is James, Computer Hardware Training Coordinator for InterConnection and I can show you how to fix that corruption. This is our new piece of RAM. We checked with our computer manufacturer and our manual and we verified this will work properly with the machine and it's the right speed. So now we're going to install it. We take the RAM, you'll notice that there's one cut out in the RAM and you'll notice on your board you have one bump right here. One little bridge that goes right there. So it's more or less impossible to install the RAM backwards. So, we look at our bridge, we see it's up top. We align this up top. Make sure these little locking arms are all open and then install your RAM. Line up in the bottom, in the slot, align up in the top, push as you're pushing down on the arm so it locks in on the top on the bottom, locked in. Secure. Your RAM is installed. I'm James, Computer Hardware Training Coordinator for InterConnection."
