"Hi, I'm Travis with Mad Dog Cycles. We're talking about how to adjust the saddle. All you need really is a simple tool, an allen tool. Some bicycles come with a quick release but in this case we have an allen tool. It's a five millimeter. You just take and put it right here in the clamp and then move it up or down, and then tighten it back up. Now in order to find the right seat height, you need to have, well you don't need to have, but you want to have about ninety percent leg extension. So, what you would do is when you're sitting on the saddle, and the pedal in the down stroke, you want to have a slight bend to your knee to get the proper leg extension for cycling."
