"Apple cider vinegar has many health benefits. In fact, researchers at Arizona State University found that including apple cider vinegar in the diet may actually help slow the rise of blood sugar after a high carbohydrate meal. I'm Jackie with how to fix skin problems with apple cider vinegar. To fix skin problems such as blackheads using apple cider vinegar, first heat three tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with one quart of water in a pot over the stove. Once the vinegar and water start steaming, turn off the stove. Steam your face over the pot using a towel draped over your head, but be careful not to put your face too close to the pot or the steam. After a few minutes of steaming, dab some apple cider vinegar on a cotton ball and pat it on your face to remove any loosened dirt. Gently remove blackheads using a tissue and light pressure. Rinse with lukewarm water and then spray or pat chilled apple cider vinegar to close the pores. Remember, to fix skin problems with apple cider vinegar, steam your face with diluted vinegar, remove excess dirt and close your pores with a spritz of cold apple cider vinegar.
