"This style of hat is called a Fedora. That's its actual name but you can call it a gangster hat. That's almost like the, like the old timey gangster. Not like the gangsters now a days that are in gangs and shot people. Not like that. This is like the 1920's and 30's Al Capone carrying and shooting Tommy guns, gangster gangster. What all the want to bes today want to be and what they think they are. It's called a Fedora though, that's correct. And it's going to be tilted. To get the best, to get the best sense of it being a Fedora, you're going to want to draw it and show it being tilted down, covering one eye. That's going to be the best way to get your point across and you're going to have the brim of it covering that one eye and just angled. And it almost gives off the feeling of "Yea, you looking at me?" And then you're going to what to show in your drawing that the brim just doesn't stop there. That's why I have drawn the band that the Fedora has and then you don't draw the band on the other part of it. You just draw a curve and this signifies that the hat has a brim that is flipped up. And the brim is this part of it. There you go."
