"From our standing position, now we're going to move in to chair pose, and some sun salutation variations do not have chair pose in it. But for our purposes today, we're going to incorporate chair pose. So again, we inhaled and we were either reaching up tall, or doing that little baby back bend. And from here we're going to bring the palms of our hands together and we're going to exhale, brining our hands to our heart center, and sitting back in to chair. In chair pose our knees are behind the toes, so we don't want to extend out past the toes. That's going to put a lot more stress in to the knee. So let's shift that back, bringing the knees behind the toes, and try to balance our weight across the bottom of the entire foot on both sides. We have a tendency to sit back in to our heels. Let's try to find that balance. So let's flow, practicing that inhaling as we reach up, exhaling as we sit back to chair. Just practicing, getting a feel for it a few times, inhaling up, exhaling to chair. And that completes one side of our sun salutation."
