"Next we are going to come all the way down onto the floor and we are going to come into a Supine Spinal Twist. And this pose is helping to stimulate the digestive system, helping to work more efficiently because we are going to be twisting the body, almost wringing our internal organs out, wringing out any bad stuff out of our organs and bad energy. So let's bring ourselves all the way down. With our knees bent, let's bring our arms out to the sides. And as we exhale, let's drop our legs towards the right side. So it's a nice gentle twist for the spine as well as for the internal organs. If we would like to take this a little bit deeper we can lift the left leg hooking the left toes underneath the right leg and bringing the right hand gently on top of the left leg and lastly we can turn our head towards that left hand getting a nice stretch in through the spine."
