We're going to make it a black background. Got some, write some text out and let's say red. Kay, so typing in outline, there we go. Let's make this a little bit bigger by going up to the free transform tool. It's dragging it out like that. Then we're going to apply the transformation and now this is the simplest thing in the world. We're going to go to layer, we're going to go to layer style, we're going to go to outer glow, click on that, and there you go. You've got a nice little glow going around our text. You can play with the, different settings here, depending on how you want it. If you want to make it more like a separated outline, you can click on the contour, take out the sides a bit. Got a lot more of a, that's more of an outlined glow there. Now you can play around with it as much as you want. Play with the color, you want to make it more red, you can do that, well, you know, there's plenty to do there so there you go. That's how you make an outline glow in Photoshop."
