How to Give Yourself an Extreme Makeover

"Hi, I'm Kelli. I'm an aesthetician and makeup artist at Ulta Salon and Cosmetics, and I'm going to give you some tips on how you can give yourself an extreme makeover. Probably the first thing that you would want to do is to find a qualified cosmetologist or makeup artist in your area, and go and get a consultation, and try to get something completely different than what you're normally used to wearing. Try to step outside of the box, and try to go a little bit different. For example, if you wear very neutral makeup like she has on here you can just simply try to kind of spice it up a little bit. Maybe go a little bit darker with your eye shadow; just kind of deepen it up in the crease a little bit. You can apply some eyeliner which would make it look really different. We'll just apply a little bit of eyeliner, and you can see how that just kind of makes her look a little bit more dramatics. But the best thing to do is to really like look through magazines; try to figure out what kind of look you're going for, and go actually see a beauty professional that can give you a consultation and maybe take you a complete a hundred and eighty degrees from where you are.
