Hi my name is Rachael Richardson and I'm with Nutrolution in Miami Beach, Florida. In this clip we're talking about what is or are the best fat burning foods. And so when I am posed with that question, I have a lot of ideas, so I've got a couple of ideas for you to share in this video. And one of them is a wonderful food lettuce and any kinds of vegetables for that matter, but these sorts of vegetables that will easily rot if you leave them out on the counter for too long are rich in enzymes and those enzymes help us to digest our food, they also help us to do all the different functions that our bodies complete for us. I also have another fat burning food that I like which is a protein powder, a very, very pure organic whey protein powder which I use everyday personally, make smoothies with it and protein is another fat burning food because basically it helps to regulate your metabolism, it stimulates your metabolism and it helps support your lean body tissue which also helps your metabolism.
