Hi I'm Roger Groh. Have you considered putting your money into an annuity? Are you concerned with the rate of interest that you are going to get? Well in today's world the range is between 3 and 6% generally for the products that we see. Now you can substantially change that by adding in kickers meaning you can 3% or 4 or 5% for a well known annuity company but you might actually do better than that if there is a kicker attached that is tied to say the price of the stock market or perhaps the price of real estate or perhaps the price of commodities so you can have a base rate and then get a little bit more if those asset classes do well but the range today is roughly 3 to 6. Be very careful today about the companies that you put your money in because in essence they're a bank, many of them are not guaranteed products and as you have seen recently many banks have defaulted so be very careful where you put your money. I'm Roger Groh and that's a little bit about annuity and the rates that they pay.
