Hi, my name is Reka Morvay. I'm a psychologist and I'm going to talk to you today about how to get a boyfriend at school. If you are feeling you're at that age where you would really like to try some dating, and get a boyfriend, and maybe get some experience, or have somebody that you can spend your time with, the best thing to do is to try to meet guys through attending some activities where you share an interest together. So if you both enjoy sports, than going to sports events is a good way to meet people. Now, meeting new people is half the battle because if you don't get out and you don't meet people than it's really difficult to get a boyfriend. Thee other half the battle is once you've met guys and you have some guy acquaintances and you have some guy friends, then thee other half of the battle is to show them that you're open, that you're interested to, in dating, and that you're interested in them. So try to find that particular someone that you like, that you maybe would like to get to know better and you would like to spend some more time together, and try to make this obvious. If you're very brave, you can even ask them out. It is okay to ask guys out and some of them even like it because they don't have to do it. But if you're feeling a little bit too shy for that then maybe just dropping hints, or having your good friend, or good guy friend tell them that you might be interested or willing to go some place would be a good, a good way of letting them know that you're interested in them and this is the way that you start building a relationship with somebody is first you meet somebody, then you let them know that you are interested and if they've seem unwilling to take that final step, then you might give them a little nudge by asking them out yourself, and that's how relationships begin.
