"Hey, how's it going? I'm Billy Castro, ex-soccer pro and new soccer coach for now ten years. Let's go over how to put on a shin guard. This is a very important thing for everybody to have. As a youth, you want to have a shin guard. There are few different types. This one here is an ankle support, so you want to wrap this up in your ankle and then put your sock over it. So let's go over it. So you want to wrap this one in there, so it goes in and you want to put your sock over the shin guard, just like such. Again, these right here are ankle shin guards. Without this you can buy just a simple shin guard; that now the rule is is that you have to be three inches from your ankle for it to be a legal shin guard. You want to protect your shin guard from your ankle to just under your knee cap to make sure that somebody doesn't come and break your leg because as you go further and further, somebody will come and try to break your leg. These are very important part of the equipment. Make sure that you're using your shin guards. Find the right shin guards for you. There's different sizes, there's different styles. I like to have the ankle protector because I like my ankles to stay as fit as possible. Again my name is, it's Billy Castro and this is how you put on your shin guard. Well see you guys later. Thanks!"
