"I'm going to show you how to practice some kickboxing techniques today. So, the first thing we want to do, you can practice with a dummy, you can practice with a bag, you can even practice with another person holding pads. So, what we want to do is we're going to square up and we're going to start with a right left punch so we're going to come right from the shoulder every time, right, left, right, left. Now, in the meantime you want to make sure you're protecting yourself. When you throw that right, protect yourself with the left and vice versa, right, left, right. Another technique I'm going to show you is uppercuts so we want to go right for that chin and every time we want to make sure we're protecting ourself with our lift, up, up, up. So, it's more of a twist. We're going to go switch to the other side, same exact thing, up. Now we're going to throw some elbows so every time it's elbow to the face, elbow to the face (boom, boom) now keep yourself locked up. These are some great kicking drills, right, left. So, in conclusion, these are the best exercises I like to do together for kickboxing techniques. The best thing you can do is grab a timer, throw together some jumping jacks with some routines, get your heart rate up, it's all good."
