Today we're going to make Coquille St. Jacquez. I'm going to give you the recipe and the ingredients for Coquille St. Jacquez. This recipe is for six people but we're just going to do it for one here, just to demonstrate how it's done. You need one pound of scallops or coquille's in French, 2 tablespoons of minced onion, 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 3/4 teaspoon of salt, a dash of paprika, 3/4 cup of dry white wine, 1/4 pound of mushrooms, 1/3 cup of butter or margarine (for different part of recipe), 1/4 cup of all purpose flour, 1 cup of whipping cream, 2 teaspoons of snip parsley, 1 tablespoon of butter margarine (yet for another part of recipe), and a 1/3 cup of dry bread crumbs, puff pastry.
