DREW NOAH: So, continuing our talk about the Production Schedule, just some other things you can do, besides just dragging and dropping your scenes into place, you can also double click on a day to add an event. Whatever you want, you add title, description, and you can set the date and the time; if you need to, you can also set it all day. And then, you can add some comments if you want, you can mark it complete. There you go. We just added that option straight to that day. So, one other cool thing about the Production Schedule is this Agenda box over here. You can see we've got a little calendar right up here and then this agenda in "Todo" section. And then, you can see it lists everything out by the day that, just everything that's coming up, instead of maybe looking at calendar view, just another way. And you can also set up the little "Todo" notes by double clicking that "Todo" section and I'll just set up a note, maybe something like, "Buy the Prop" at the "Prop Store," and of course you're going to set--you want to set the date, and there it is. You can set the time just like that. Check that and you can set Due Date and Description if you want. Then I'll hit okay and it pops up in my little Todo thing so that's pretty cool. I double clicked it to get some information on it. And if it's complete, I can just like check it off like that. So, those are just some other options in the Production Schedule. One more thing, if you want to edit a scene a little bit, you can double click and add description location right here, you can also do that by double clicking the scene in the calendar, and you bring up the scene details, again. So, that's just some more stuff you can do with the Production Calendar.
