How to Pick Pendants for Hemp Necklaces

"Hi my name is Jessica and on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to be showing you how to make a Hemp necklace. Ok so Now I'm going to show you how to put on a different kind of bead on your hemp necklace. The most typical bead is are going to be these long beads that the strings just goes right through and they are part of the necklace, But what I want to show you is how to put this kind of danglely bead on. And this is just a glass bead that I found at the Hobby Lobby shop, and the difference is that this is actually going to hang down from the necklace. and this is a good bead to use because of the direction of the part where your put the hemp in if it was another direction or if the bead was flat and the way the hole was made it wouldn't work as well because you'll be stuck with a sideways, It's going to be sideways basically but if your hole is like this but your bead is facing the other way it's not going to work so this kind of round bead with this kind of hole is going to work really well for a hang necklace so basically your going to have the necklace so this one your going to want right in the middle because it's going to be the only bead that I use. so usually I make necklaces for myself or for a friend I just kind of estimate about where it's going to be on your neck so that's right about in the middle and this is going to be a choker length so we got the necklace long enough so that's where I want to put my bead."
