Video Transcript

"Hi! My name is Elton Hall and I'm from Texas State Optical in Austin, Texas. I’m here on behalf of Expert Village, and I'm going to show you how to insert and remove contact lenses. The first step on taking a contact lens out. The same way you put the contact lens on, you just want to make sure that you get your eyelids open. For some people, they do just like this. That's the way I do it. Some people can go in and then can just pull the bottom eyelid down and move it just like that, or you can either go to the side of it. Wherever you have most room. Make sure that you're looking in the mirror at all times too. It'll help you out as much room as possible. You don't necessarily have to hold the eyelids open just like this, but it'll be a little bit easier for you. As you're looking in the mirror, you can find the contact lenses a little bit better. Just make sure that you open the eyelid, take it, and move it over. "
