In that case, you cannot get any services done on it as well as you can't expect to send it back to Microsoft and get a new one. Also, you can no longer connect to Xbox Live. So, if you're into online gaming, you'll have to find a different way of doing it like Kai or other online gaming sites that allow modded Xbox unlike Microsoft Live.
