"Amongst the tools that we can be using for deep tissue massage, you can find things like this, they’re wooden and it’s a whole bunch of like little fingers here on the bottom. Where I’m sure you’ve seen these, you can find these at stores all the time. These are wonderful because it’s great for you palm and you’ve got different alternatives on both sides. Right now I’m going to use it on the arm, I can use it two ways, I can just use the single round and all I’m doing is leaning in. now the way to avoid going from zigzagging is you have your hand behind it and you just kind of guide it with your hand, this way you’re also giving pressure with your hand, but at the same time you’ve got a pressure point that’s going with the ball. How does that feel? It feels good? Very good. I’m going very slowly. Now when I get to this point right here on the elbow, right at the head of the forearm, I’m going to put a little bit of pressure there because people working on computers all day, that are always engaging their finger and great for carpal tunnel also. It’s just a great pressure point, and then just come out and I’m always going to circle on the way out. And then I might go over it again and we can do this all the way, I might use the double here, and come all the way around. "
