"Hi, I'm Kelli on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you the tips to perfect lips today. When you choose a lip liner, of course you want to take into account the color of the lipstick that you are choosing for yourself. You also want to take into account your undertones so again the wrist is a great place to try lip liner. So you want to put a little bit of the lipstick on the wrist and just take your lip liner and put it right up next to it and that will enable you to see which ones are going to blend the best. Because, your lip liner should match your lipstick pretty close. You don't want to be that person that has the dark around their lips. You're always safe with a more neutral lip liner such as this one here because that's going to go with everything. So from looking at it that looks to me like that one is going to be your best bet."
