"Hi! I'm Angela on behalf of expertvillage.com and right now I'm going to show you a self massaging technique for those who have problems with there sinuses. It is very easy you could do it in your own home or in your office. What you want to do is take your index finger and with the pads of your finger place them right above the brow. Or right below the brow above the nose. What you want to do is just move them outward in the direction on where you eyebrows are and then do this for a little while and move it down. You want to do the same thing after finishing this on the outside of your brows right below them and close them and moving outward in a circular motion. Go around the bottom of the eye. After having to done this with your thumbs massage the cheek bones and then repeat this until you sinuses feel better. They should help instantly and that is a self massaging technique for those who have problems with sinuses. "
