This is very very important for those who are working in the office all day and are leaning forward looking at a computer you always tend to get a big pain in your neck on these sides. So one hour it is very helpful to do this massage for 5 minutes because it would decrease you pain. So what you want to do is take the heel of your hands and apply them to the side of your neck. Just like so and then just work them in a circular motion slowly and applying pressure. Now concentrate on the areas that hurt the most. If it is the upper neck focus on that area. If it is the lower move down and focus on that area. Just is just a technique to use them in the places that need that most intention. Just move this in a circular motion and once you have done that you could take exercise it on one side of the neck and then take your finger and work in the middle.
