"RICHARD NEIL: So I'm continuing on working the side of Sarah's hip-buttocks area using my forearm and elbow. Now, moving to using my fingers, which can be a little bit more sensitive to knowing the exact spots that have constriction. We can sit on a lot of our feelings. This is a huge storage depot for stress and tension. Thank you for visiting. And massage it out. I'm using the bottom part of my palm here as well, making circular motions. So now that we've bent the leg in, I'm going to try to bend it out just to create another option here as far as exploring the flexibility and circulation for Sarah, dropping it back and forth a little bit. I'm planting it with the heel on the calf of the other foot. I'm going to do a palm massage on her leg in this meridian coming down here. It's actually the liver where, as you know, a lot of our toxins are stored. Opening things up, trying to create circulation here, the healthy chi. When we come back, I'll work on the feet."
