"Hi! I am Nili Nathan; I have a website www.greathealinggetaways.com. I am a writer, researcher and host of the TV show called Great Healing Getaways and Holistic Health from around the world. Today we are talking about aromatherapy and we are on the eight essential categories. I want to show you a demonstration from the fresh category using peppermint, 100% essential oil of peppermint for a stomachache. This is a formula that you can easily make right at home. What you will need is 100% pure essential oil of peppermint and a carrier oil to blend and I am going to be using grapeseed oil today so what you do is take one ounce of your carrier oil grapeseed is a good one or almond oil or aloe vera. So one ounce of the carrier oil, take your dropper that you have labeled peppermint and I would just start off with 3-5 drops and see how your body reacts; one, two, three, four, five a little bit more but that is okay and when working outside with these oils you want to make sure that you are not in direct sunlight but in the shade. Then you will mix it, take a cotton ball and apply it on your stomach or abdomen. I would say about once an hour until you get some relief. It is good for a stomachache or any type of digestive pain.
