"Hi! I am Nili Nathan with Great Healing Getaways TV show and website. I write research and host on holistic health from around the world. Today, I am talking about aromatherapy and how you can make some aromatherapy products right at home. I am showing you how you combine oils. This next recipe is for stress, soothing massage oil that you can make at home. What you will need is five teaspoons of your carrier base oil; you can use sweet almond, safflower oil or grapeseed. I am going to use grapeseed right here, so you put five teaspoons, use a funnel, put it into a dark brown bottle or dark blue bottle, two, three, four, five, then you will want to take two drops of lavender oil, 100% pure essential oil of lavender, and you will combine two drops of petitgrain and here it is, one drop of ylang-ylang and just want to mix that up and shake it up. It will store nicely for about three months and there you have a nice massage oil that you have just created, combining your pure essential oils for a stress soothing massage oil. "
