"Hey there! Guess what else we have? Fermented food. Sounds kind of gross, but I bet you know this one. And, everyone thinks of it as buried rotting cabbage. It would be Kim Chi. And, the Koreans they eat it with every meal. The reason being, probiotics. Which actually are good bacteria for your stomach and help digestion. And, they know that. The other great things that Kim Chi has and we got a little pop there. That means it really is fermented. Because, it has a slight fizzy fermented thing going on. And, that's how you know it's a true fermented food. Other things that Koreans like to put in here to additional health benefits, are ginger, spicy hot chilies, garlic and a bunch of other little things. And, that's what gives it a little potent smell and flavor to it. But, it is actually quite delicious and definitely beneficial for you. And, when you add it to meals just like they do you'll have so much more health because of it. Between the ginger and the garlic, those two are excellent for your heart as well as your circulation. And, adding that plus the other stuff is perfect."
