"We are standing in the Sun Hoa Long Clinic, located in Chinatown, New York City. We are going to be talking about doing acupuncture without use of needles, something that is commonly referred to as acupressure. The same point where you place a needle for pain relief, you can also use finger pressure. So we are going to do a common point now for migraine headaches. To find this point, you have to use the tip of the ear, and measure it with the thumb and the middle finger together, like this, and basically this is the point. By doing that, you could just press the point, and then press a little deeper and then let it go and then press it again, and you ask the patient how does she feel, “Is it too hard, too light?”, or you could do a circular motion as well. That would also help migraine or any headaches. Any kind of frontal side headaches, anything that has a strong or overbearing sensation on top of the head. It is a great point to bring everything down, down the body."

on 10/15/2008 I have had a constant headache for one week, and I have never had headache problems before. The Doctor says, "I can only give you headache drugs". But I did not want any drugs. A friend told me to look in to acupressure and I found this video. After applying this technique, within minutes I was relieved from the headache! Thank You! You can not imagine what a relief this is.
