"Hi. I'm Carmen Lynne with Expert Village and what I'm going to talk to you about now is something called dream incubation. Now this is something that the ancient Greeks used to do. In fact, they had temples dedicated to it. And what is dream incubation? Well it's actually using your dreams to either discover things, you can find out the location of lost objects, you can ask a question and get an answer to a specific question. So I've done this myself and I know that it's possible to do it. What you do is you focus on and write down whatever your question is just before falling asleep at night. Write it down on a piece of paper. Say you've lost something. What happened to the twenty dollar note? I seem to have misplaced it. Okay, or it might be a larger note than that. So and then you would write that down. What happened to that twenty dollar note? Put it by your bed and you will dream the answer to the question. I have done it myself, I know it works. That's one thing you can do. Or you can ask for maybe guidance, advice on a specific issue or specific problem that you're dealing with. What shall I do about my boyfriend getting mad at me? Or whatever it may be. Okay, so that's what you do. You write it down just before you fall asleep, focus on it, think about it as you're falling asleep, and that guides the subconscious mind to start processing this particular issue that you want guidance on."
