"Basically what I would do; well, there's 2 ways I can do it. It's important that the surface that I'm collaging on is a little bit textured because the paper or the fabric or the wrappers or photographs, whatever I'm collaging onto the item, I have to make sure that it's textured a little bit because glue and the item with adhere to texture as oppose to like plastic, something that's very smooth. Especially paper. Like right here this is covered with paper, it will definitely adhere to this like there's no tomorrow. The way I lay it out is basically I can collage different pieces on, or I can collage a full color over the whole book here or I can do different little pieces of paper if I want to. It just depends. It might be cool to do a ground color first. To do like all red and then collage onto the red paper, but this is all black so maybe I'll just collage onto this first because this is a good ground. I like this gold here. This is kind of cool. This has stars on it too. Actually, this had some chocolate in it. I'll probably put that on. Here's one of my scribbled figures. Maybe I'll glue that on to that. Here's a stamp that says Lamborghini. Lamborghini’s are nice cars and it's gold and it'll go with the paper. Let's see. This little woman, she sitting on a windowsill and there's the word love above her. I think that would be fun to put right here. Here's some photographs, some old photographs of me. That's kind of cool. Maybe I'll put that on too. Let's see. This is a good one. I love life. I think that would be a nice one. It is my birthright to live fully and freely. Yeah, okay. If you'd like, I'll show you what I have on here so far. I might cut it down a little bit to 5. Also, this was scarf that my aunt gave me. I really like the colors. What I'm going to do is I'm going to cut out a rose from this and I'm going to stick it on the book. I love red. I think it's a very passionate color. I'm using the small colors so I can kind of get a detailed cut. I'm going to cut this guy out. I'll show you the cut when it's finished. That looks really good. Also, a little bit of this fabric is see through so I can glue them onto the other object and the other objects will still come through because the fabric is kind of shear. That's what's nice about fabric too is it's kind of shear."
