"Hi! I'm Matt Cail and on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make a cat costume for this Halloween. Let's move up from our feet up into the legs. Now for the legs, depending on your cat costume, they may be covered or uncovered. Here I'm assuming at least some of them there's going to be some exposure at least from the knee on down. For that I recommend getting a pair of what they call fishnet tights, fishnet hose. You may already a set of these yourself. If you don't, you can get them in a lot of costume or convenient stores or even some thrift stores around Halloween because they're apart of a lot of different costumes. What is this going to do? We're not going to have to worry about putting makeup all over our legs. You don't even have to worry about having your costume cover up to where your sock line is going to be. In addition, if actually, if you wear this, then you don't have to worry about socks and you don't have to worry about having huge big shoes. With this, more of like a pair of black heels will be more appropriate. This is just going into a different direction. It's going by a different set of assumptions for this, but it looks really nice. It results in a very sleek look, which is definitely going in the direction of a cat. "
