"Ho! Ho! Ho! I'm Matt Cail, and on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you today how to set up and decorate an artificial Christmas tree. After the garland and the lights, it's time for Christmas ornaments on your tree. Now, for these guys, they should be stored throughout the year and you should not have the hooks in them because the hooks can puncture or otherwise damage the ornaments. Put the hook through the little loop, and then we are going to start hanging these guys on our Christmas tree. At first, look for some of the easy outer branches to put the ornaments on. Now these ornaments should be smaller and less fragile ornaments. They should be ornaments that you could throw up and catch and not have your heart do a flutter. So, what you are going to do is you are going to space these apart. I'd say have at least three inches between each ornament. And also, don't just put the ornaments on the tips of the tree branches. Go deeper back. You want to have a full three-dimensional look to your tree, not having it look just all two-dimensional and transparent. Also, just look for the really super small ornaments, the ones that are going to be very, very hard to get on the tree branches once you start running out of space and you have to start filling in the gaps in here. So make sure and get those ornaments done first. And also, these should be the ornaments that you aren't worried about breaking. Again, those are ones that are very, very special and delicate and we will handle those next. I would basically estimate that for a tree of this size, you could easily have about twenty small Christmas tree ornaments. Just don't over do it and also keep your colors apart. Don't have two silver ones right next to one another. Try and break it up. A lot of times, ornament sets will have different colors that you can also keep in mind because then you are going to get a lot more of a contrast which just looks a lot cooler. "
