How to Make Thanksgiving Place Mats

"Hi I'm Karina Fraley for Expert Village. I am showing you how to make some Thanksgiving crafts. We are going to start with our place mats these are very easy. They are so easy and very very festive and fun. The require very few supplies you are just going to need some felt for the place mat and then these are little felt embellishments. You can pick these up at any craft store and they are basically sticky back and they come in all different shapes and sizes. You can just poke around and see what you like and pick some up. Then I basically use some ribbon. This is autumn leaves I really kind of like it I thought is was simple but fun and fitting for the occasion. There are tons to choose from so go ahead and pick out whatever you like and be sure that you get the right yardish for however many place mats you are going to make. So then you also need tape measures, some scissors, a glue gun and some glue sticks. As far as the felt of the place mat basically decide how many place mats you want to make and go ahead and do the math in your head before you get to the store so you know how much yardish you are going to buy. Cause you don't want to pick up all of your supplies and get home and realize that you don't have quiet enough felt for your place mats.
