"You just stretched your whole body in your living room in the segment "How to stretch your entire body in the comfort of your own home," in your living room, no doubt. So, this is great. Just remember all of the tips that I taught you and knowing that stretching is great for your range of motion, your flexibility and to decrease your risk of injury, among other things. So, definitely want to incorporate a good stretch after you work out, especially the muscle groups that you targeted that day. If you did a total body workout, give yourself a total body stretch and remember to approach it with a great attitude in knowing that you're becoming more flexible and that life is just going to get easier the more flexible you are. You can grab things. You will just notice a difference in everything about yourself. I've been Kristie LaTray and you've been watching Expert Village. I am fit and fabulous and you are too and remember exercise should always be accessible, fun and simple."
