"Okay, this drill is the two are a variation of the two on one drill tennis overhead. Darrin is at the net, Ken and I are at the base line. We're going to work him, most of it is going to be blocking the ball back. So, I'm going to give him an easy ball, he's going to volley it, then we're going to work lobs and volleys in together. So, it's cooperative, he can hit the ball hard, and if one of us misses, we just feed another ball. But, this is one of the best drills. So, Darrin, be ready to volley to Ken and me. Ken, why don't you get over there. So, we're going to start right now. Keep it going, Ken. And that's it, that's it. Move in Darrin. Nice shot, here we go. That's alright, we've got a whole basket. Get up it. Move in, that's it. Alright, here we go Darrin, keep it in play, just block it up. Move those feet. Good job! Move, move, move, move, good job. Nice get, Darrin. Okay you can see what this drill does, is it forces, because we're not hitting it that hard, it forces the player at the net to move his feet. Because, if he just reaches for the ball, because there's no pace, he's going to make a lot of errors. So this drill, at this speed, really hones the game, it really forces you to watch the ball, move the feet, it's one of the best drills there is."
