"CALAB LABARDA: Alright. Now, we're going to go ahead and review x's again. Now, this one is going to be kinda mainly with one nunchuck, but always keep the other nunchuck moving. Remember this motion, back and forth, okay. Now, we're going to practice x's with a whip over, okay? So, it's going to come here. Do a cross, and this goes to the back and whip it over, from here whip it over, bam, alright? So, let's go ahead and break that down. It's a really cool move. And this is also a strike from here, here come across, bam, whip it over, all the way back down, whish, bam, to a catch, okay? So, from here, we're going to go to x's. We'll go real slow, as you come back around, you're going to leave this one hanging a little bit. Give it some hanging time back here, okay? From here, you're going to whip your shoulder around, okay? So this is the motion that you going to get down. Without my nunchuck, from here, spinning it, whip, and count to three, hand up, so it looks kinda like it's flailing, just hanging out in the air, whip back over. Okay, so as you do it from here, whish, whip it over, whip it back over, okay? Catch as you do it, circling bigger and bigger with it from here, bam, that's a strike. Flick in here, whip it across, bam, it comes down as a strike, okay? So, from here, bam, okay, so let's go ahead and get both nunchucks moving, yah, hah, okay, and come across. From here, get down, and, wahh, come across, whip over. Here it comes, ready, ooh, okay? And that is going to be called a whip over. That's a really cool move to do especially if you want to do just start with one, shh, bam, whip over all the way to a catch."
